Smaller does not mean cheaper
Worth saying plainly: a space is booked whole, so a gathering of forty and a gathering of three hundred take the same lawn at the same figure. What changes is which lawn suits you, not what you pay for the size of the guest list.
For most private celebrations that means the smaller lawn — enclosed, close to the villa, and easier to fill well.
When family are travelling in
Anniversaries and milestone birthdays tend to bring people in from outside the country. Villa suites can be added to the booking for the nights around the event, which saves the drive back into the city late.
Suites are part of a booking here, not rooms let on their own.
