What corporate bookings usually need
The questions here are different from a wedding. Power, cover, parking and timing come first, and the answer to most of them is that the grounds are yours alone for the day — there is no second event to schedule around.
The private room attached to each lawn works as a break-out or a green room. Villa suites can be added when speakers or a leadership team are staying over.
Layouts
The larger lawn takes theatre and cabaret layouts and carries a stage at the far end. The smaller lawn suits workshops and team days where the group should stay close together.

Paperwork
Corporate bookings usually need a written quotation, a PO reference and an invoice rather than a conversation over chat. Email works better than the phone for that — the address is on the contact page, and a written quotation can be issued against it.
